Harris Honored for Service

Arkansas Tech University professor Dr. Lyman Harris was recognized for his service to the field of rehabilitation science.  Harris was recently honored with the Rosenthal Award for the Most Outstanding Counselor Educator by the Arkansas Counseling Association, and he was honored with a Capital Citation from the Arkansas Governor’s Office.
