Open enrollment for Arkansas Tech University calendar year 2023 employee benefits will take place Monday, Oct. 24-Friday, Nov. 4.
All benefit-eligible Arkansas Tech University employees will receive e-mails from PlanSource regarding required annual legal notices as well as upcoming open enrollment for 2023 employee benefits.
All benefit-eligible employees will need to make benefit elections for 2023 by 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 4, 2022. Similar to the open enrollment in 2021, employees can complete their elections online using the PlanSource benefits portal. Employees will only need to log in and complete their 2023 open enrollment if they wish to make changes or if they need to enroll/re-enroll in a flexible spending account (FSA). ATU employees who currently participate in an FSA must re-enroll.
ATU employees who have questions or need assistance concerning open enrollment will have opportunities to visit with representatives from the ATU Office of Human Resources on the following schedule:

**Vendors from Blue Cross Blue Shield will be available on-site during these days if you have questions regarding the plans available. There will be no appointment necessary.
The ATU Office of Human Resources will offer informational sessions to review benefits for the upcoming year on Friday, Oct. 21, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. ATU employees will receive an e-mail with information about accessing the informational sessions.
