Children age 5-12 are invited to participate in a youth cheer and dance clinic hosted by the Arkansas Tech University spirit squads on Saturday, Oct. 9.
The clinic will take place from 9-11 a.m. Participants who wish to do so may accompany the ATU cheer team and the ATU Golden Girls dance team on the sideline during the first quarter of that afternoon’s Wonder Boys football game at Thone Stadium at Buerkle Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 2 p.m.
Due to COVID-19 safety measures, a limited number of spots will be available in the clinic.
Cost will be $35 to attend the clinic and receive a T-shirt. Cost will be $65 (including two game tickets) for participants who wish to attend the clinic, receive a T-shirt and cheer and dance at the football game.
There is also an option to purchase a clinic T-shirt only for $10.
