Arkansas Tech University hosted the Arkansas Supreme Court Appeals on Wheels program on its Russellville campus on Thursday, Oct. 22.
Since 2002, the Arkansas Supreme Court has enhanced access to view judicial proceedings in person by offering its Appeals on Wheels program at locations around the Natural State. This marked the second time the program has been carried out in Russellville. The previous occasion was in fall 2014.
Local students and community members were invited to watch an oral argument and ask the justices questions about the court system afterward.
