Walker (1-0) allowed one run on three hits over six innings. He struck out two. Brown retired Arkansas Tech in order in the top of the seventh inning to secure the victory for Oklahoma Christian. Geofferey Birkemeier (3-1) was the losing pitcher. He was charged with five runs on seven hits over one and two-thirds innings. OCU’s Derek Jones was 4-for-4 with one run batted in and three runs scored. Ben McKenzie and Brady Baugh had two RBIs apiece for the Eagles. Patrick Castleberry drove in the Wonder Boys’ lone run. Game Two: Tech 15, OCU 5 Arkansas Tech bats awoke to record 14 base hits, including six doubles, in a 15-5 victory over Oklahoma Christian in game two of the twin bill. Keenan Jumper led the way. He went 2-for-5 with five RBIs, while Rafiel Johnson was 2-for-4 with three runs batted in. Castleberry and Seth Wheeler added two RBIs apiece. Cody Jones (5-1) pitched one inning of relief for the Wonder Boys and was credited as the winning pitcher. Oklahoma Christian reliever Jared Price (3-1) took the loss.
