Arkansas Tech students will be able to learn more about getting involved in the River Valley community Tuesday during a volunteer service fair.
The fair will be hosted by the Office of Student Services and the Office of Volunteer Services from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in front of the Baswell Techionery.
During the fair, local non-profits seeking volunteer efforts from Arkansas Tech students will set up to distribute information about what they do and answer any questions students may have about their organization.
Some of the organizations students will be able to speak with Tuesday include:
Women and Children’s Shelter
Boys and Girls Club
JP Ranch and Rescues
Wildflower Assisted Living
Arkansas River Valley Arts Center
American Red Cross
Volunteer and Leadership Services
Arkansas Department of Health Hospice
River Valley Literacy
Main Street Russellville
