Up ’til Dawn hosted a finale event on Friday as they celebrated a year of hard work and honored the patients of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and their families.
The Arkansas Tech Up ’til Dawn program raised $11,214 for the hospital to use for the advancement of treating childhood diseases.
Two grand prizes were awarded at the finale. Austine McCount won the $200 Visa gift card donated by St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and April Donald won the $50 Gift Card donated by Walmart.
Up ‘til Dawn at Arkansas Tech is currently accepting applications for the 2012-2013 executive board and committees. Applications are due by Wednesday, April 25, at 5 p.m. in Student Services.
