Two Tech Alumni Earn 40 Under 40 Honor

Arkansas Business for its 2014 40 Under 40 list of emerging influential business and political leaders from around the state. Carter (photographed, left) is a 2002 graduate of Arkansas Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in economics and finance. He is deputy director of community bank lending and vice chairman of the officers’ loan committee for Bank of the Ozarks in Little Rock. Lamoureux (photographed, right) is a 1997 graduate of Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and political science. He is president pro tempore of the Arkansas Senate during the 89th Arkansas General Assembly. Lamoureux also maintains a legal practice in Russellville.
