High school seniors have through today to register for Time-out for Tech.
The annual event, which is the largest academic preview event on the Arkansas Tech campus, will be hosted by the Office of Admissions on Tuesday, Feb. 7.
During Time-Out for Tech, seniors and their parents learn more about college life and academic opportunities at Arkansas Tech University.
As part of the event, students have the opportunity to meet with Tech faculty about the more than 100 programs of study available for students.
Additionally, those in attendance will be able to attend an organizational fair to meet representatives from various student organizations on the Arkansas Tech campus. Optional sessions planned include information regarding campus housing, financial aid and Greek Life.
Every senior attending Time-Out for Tech will receive a free t-shirt.
The deadline to register to participate in this year’s Time-Out for Tech is Friday, January 27, at 5.p.m. Register to attend Time-Out for Tech.
