Thursday's Tech-CBU Doubleheader Postponed

Winter weather has forced a change to the Arkansas Tech basketball schedule for the second time this season.

The Gulf South Conference doubleheader scheduled for Tucker Coliseum in Russellville on Thursday, Feb. 10, between Arkansas Tech University and Christian Brothers University has been postponed until Monday, Feb. 14.

The nationally fifth-ranked Arkansas Tech Golden Suns (18-2 overall, 7-1 GSC) and the CBU Lady Buccaneers will play at 5:30 p.m. Monday, while the nationally 14th-ranked Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys (17-3, 8-0) will take on the CBU Buccaneers at 7:30 p.m. Monday.

Arkansas Tech previously had to move a home doubleheader against Southern Arkansas from Jan. 20 to Feb. 5 because of winter weather.

The Arkansas Tech Athletics Department has also announced that the “Project: Feed Arkansas” event scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 10, will take place during the rescheduled Tech-CBU doubleheader on Monday, Feb. 14.
