Makenzie Douglas of Clarksville, Holly Standing of Ashford, England, and Allie Weiner of Maumelle are Arkansas Tech University’s representatives on the 2018 list of Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholars.
The minimum cumulative grade point average to earn the honor is 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Thirteen student-athletes from the Great American Conference made the team.
Arkansas Tech women’s golf finished the 2017-18 season with its fourth trip to the NCAA Division II Championships over the past five years. The Golden Suns claimed their fourth consecutive GAC championship and tied a program single-season record with four tournament victories under the direction of head coach Amy Anderson.
