Tech’s Got Talent Auditions Begin Wednesday

Arkansas Tech University students with a gift for entertaining others through music, dance and other forms of expression are encouraged to participate in auditions for the 2017 Tech’s Got Talent competition.

The auditions will take place from 6-9 p.m. in the Doc Bryan Student Services Center Lecture Hall on Wednesday, March 1, and Monday, March 13.

The top 12 acts from the auditions will advance to perform again on Tuesday, March 28, beginning at 8 p.m. at Witherspoon Auditorium.

The Tech’s Got Talent finals are scheduled for 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 30. Comedian Jessi Campbell will host the event.

Admission to all nights of Tech’s Got Talent will be free with a valid Arkansas Tech identification card.

Parash Rajbhansi and Sabina Tamang won the 2016 Tech’s Got Talent competition with a performance of a traditional Nepalese dance.

Tech’s Got Talent is presented by Student Activities Board and the ATU Office of Campus Life.
