In less than 24 hours, twelve Arkansas Tech students will take the stage in hopes of becoming this year’s Tech Idol.
The preliminary round of competition is set for tomorrow at 9 p.m. in the Witherspoon Auditorium.
The finalists this year will be chosen through electronic means and will sing for the title on Friday, October 4.
RHA officials suggest that audience members arrive early for prime seats to cheer on their favorite contestant and to have their cellular devices ready to hashtag.
The hashtag for Tech Idol this year is #TechIdol12 and audience members are highly encouraged to tweet as well as update what they think of the performances.
