Arkansas Tech University students spent part of their afternoon Monday making sure others in the area had food to eat.
Dozens of Tech students volunteered to put together meal kits for ARVAC, Inc. The kits will be delivered to those in the area who are in need.
ARVAC, Inc works to promote social and economic development in the Arkansas River Valley.
Monday’s volunteer effort was organized through the Department of Campus Life at Arkansas Tech.
