Arkansas Tech University students were able to take a break earlier this week to celebrate an event that happens once every four years.
Students were able to enjoy leap year with a social hosted by the Student Activities Board.
The social, complete with music, glow sticks and snacks, offered students an opportunity to relax and connect with friends.
