Tech Remains in Top 15 of National Poll

Arkansas Tech University will enter the final weekend of the 2015-16 regular season ranked No. 15 in the USA Today Sports NCAA Division II women’s basketball top 25.

The Golden Suns (21-3 overall, 19-1 Great American Conference) dropped one spot from last week’s poll. Arkansas Tech has been included in each of the 13 national polls conducted by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association this season.

Head coach Dave Wilbers and the Golden Suns will conclude the 2015-16 regular season with a two-game home stand. Tech will host Southeastern Oklahoma State University at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 25, and East Central University at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 27.

Tickets ($5 adults / $3 students and senior citizens) will be available at the Tucker Coliseum ticket office. Those with a valid Arkansas Tech identification card will be admitted free of charge.
