The Arkansas Tech Museum will debut a new exhibit on Arkansas Tech as part of Saturday’s Family Day Festivities.
The exhibit is entitled “Commitment to Service.” and organizers say it focuses on the Arkansas Tech ROTC and enlistment pathways students have followed to serve in the United States military.
As part of the exhibit, the enlistment pathway will feature an individual who has served. The current featured individual is Colonel Carl F. Baswell, and this portion of the exhibit features projects he has supported at Arkansas Tech, including Baswell Hall and the Baswell Techionery. The exhibit is housed in Gallery Four of the Tech Museum, and community members will be able to stop by the museum from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday to see the new exhibit.
