Tech Loyalty Fund Committee Hard at Work

It is still early in 2010, but the Tech Loyalty Fund 2010 committee is already hard at work on the Class of 2010 Campaign.  This year’s theme is “I Believe in Tech” and is designed to show support for the university and its educational goals.

Jerry Bailey, co-chair of the 2010 committee, says he decided to participate in the Tech Loyalty Fund because it is “one of the easiest ways to give back to a school that has done so much for me.”  He adds, “The simple act of giving can go a long way and may be the reason why someone else might be able to pursue their dreams and education.”

This year marks the fifth year that a graduating class at Arkansas Tech has given a collective gift to the university.

Jessica Bradshaw, co-chair of the 2010 committee, says she hopes several seniors make the commitment to give back to Tech during the campaign.  She adds, “I hope that from our campaign we will see several seniors giving back to Tech. I hope that we also make the Tech Loyalty Fund known to other students, so that when they are seniors they will also want to give back to Tech.”

Seniors who wish to participate in the Class of 2010 Campaign are invited to make a gift of $20.10 prior to graduation.

There will be a display about the class gift in the Doc Bryan Student Services Building on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for students wishing to make a gift or a pledge.  Students can also obtain more information by clicking here.
