Freshman forward Danielle Frachiseur is averaging 15 points and 10.5 rebounds per game over the last two games. She had career highs of 20 points and 13 rebounds against SNU. The Golden Suns are 6-3 at home this season and 92-7 at Tucker Coliseum during Dave Wilbers’ seven seasons as their head coach. About the Bulldogs: Southwestern Oklahoma State is in second place in the Great American Conference women’s basketball standings, two games behind front-running Harding University. The Bulldogs own the longest active winning streak in the conference at six games. SWOSU leads the GAC and ranks third in NCAA Division II women’s basketball in scoring offense (85.4 points per game) and 3-point field goals made (9.2 per game). The Bulldogs made 13-of-28 tries from 3-point range in an 89-71 win over Arkansas Tech on Jan. 4. The Wonder Boys earned a 73-65 home win over Southern Nazarene on Saturday. Junior forward Marshawn Arnold scored 19 points against the Crimson Storm. Arnold has reached double figures in scoring five consecutive games and is averaging 16 points per game over that span. He ranks second in the Great American Conference in field goal percentage (.658) this season. Arkansas Tech is in third place in the GAC, one-and-a-half games out of first place with nine regular season league games remaining. About the Bulldogs: Southwestern Oklahoma State is in first place in the GAC men’s basketball standings, one-half game in front of second-place East Central University.
