Arkansas Tech University hosted a meeting of the Pope County Bar Association at Chambers Cafeteria East Dining Hall on Monday, June 18.
The meeting included 70 attorneys and several court clerk personnel from Franklin, Johnson and Pope counties.
Those in attendance received information about e-filing of court documents.
The introductory session provided a glimpse of how the scanning of documents and reducing reliance upon paper files could improve efficiency in the Fifth Judicial District.
A total of 90 individuals attended the meeting.
