Arkansas Tech University alumnus J.R. Davis has been named the new co-anchor of KNWA Today.
KNWA Today airs weekday mornings from 5-7 a.m. and can be viewed in Northwest Arkansas.
Davis is a 2008 graduate of Arkansas Tech, where he majored in journalism.
Before being named to the anchor chair, Davis worked at KNWA as a political reporter and fill-in anchor. Most recently, he spent spent two years in Washington D.C. working as a communications director.
Davis says he’s excited to be back in the Natural State and is looking forward to sharing the top stories with viewers each morning.
