With hundreds of visitors in town for this weekend’s NCAA Division II Tournament South Regional, Arkansas Tech is encouraging the community to show their Tech support by flying an Arkansas Tech flag outside of their home or business.
Julie Morgan, assistant to the president, says this is a chance for the River Valley to show they support Arkansas Tech. She adds, “This is a unique opportunity for Tech, and I would like to see the Russellville businesses and community members come together to support Tech and our student-athletes.”
The flags (photographed) are available for purchase, and each flag costs $40. Flag poles are available for purchase for an additional $20.
In addition to flags, Tech fans are able to purchase garden banners as well. The garden banners are $20, and a stand for the garden banner is available for an additional $20.
