Prior to the Miss Arkansas pageant, individuals will be able to vote for their favorite Miss Arkansas contestant to win the Tony Bowls/Mon Cheri People’s Choice Award.
The contestant who garners the most votes will receive a scholarship, which will be presented during the Miss Arkansas finals in Hot Springs on Saturday, June 21.

Miss Arkansas website. Each vote costs $1, and proceeds benefit scholarships from the Miss Arkansas Organization.
