Tech Announces NCAA Regionals Game Times

The Arkansas Tech Athletics Department has announced game times for the NCAA Division II Tournament South Regionals in men’s and women’s basketball.

All seven women’s games and all seven men’s games will be played at Tucker Coliseum in Russellville. All tickets will be general admission. Adult tickets will be $8 per day, while students and senior citizens (age 60 and over) will be admitted for $5 per day.

Tickets will go on sale at 12:30 p.m. Friday. The ticket office will also be open one hour before tip-off of the first game on Saturday and Sunday.

Per NCAA regulations, Arkansas Tech cannot accept any passes to the NCAA South Regionals. All fans must purchase a ticket.

Game 1: (2) Delta State vs. (7) Lynn, 1:30 p.m.
Game 2: (3) Fort Valley St. vs. (6) Valdosta State, 4 p.m.
Game 3: (1) Arkansas Tech vs. (8) Benedict, 6:30 p.m.
Game 4: (4) Tampa vs. (5) Barry, 9 p.m.

Sunday, March 14 (Regional Semifinals)
Game 5: Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Game 2, 1 p.m.
Game 6: Winner Game 3 vs. Winner Game 4, 3:30 p.m.

Tuesday, March 16 (Regional Championship)

The women’s South Region champion will advance to the NCAA Division II Women’s Elite Eight in St. Joseph, Mo., March 23-26.

The men’s South Region champion will earn a berth in the NCAA Division II Men’s Elite Eight in Springfield, Mass., March 24-27.

Russellville radio station KWKK 100.9 FM will have live play-by-play coverage of every Arkansas Tech game from the NCAA South Regionals. The broadcasts will be streamed over the Internet at www.athletics.atu.edu.
