Sutton, Komp Collect Top Student Awards

Arkansas Tech University-Ozark Campus presented its top student awards during spring commencement 2017 at John E. Tucker Coliseum in Russellville.

Colby Sutton of Russellville (photographed, left) won the 39th annual Bob Adams Student Award, which is based on academic performance, involvement in school and community affairs and evaluations by classmates, instructors and the Arkansas Tech-Ozark Campus Student Government Association.

Sutton graduated from the occupational therapy assistant program through ATU-Ozark.

Andrew Komp of Subiaco (photographed, right) received the Arkansas Tech-Ozark Campus Spirit Award. The award is presented annually to a student who exhibits a dedication to learning, a commitment to the promotion of Arkansas Tech-Ozark Campus and an interest in the welfare of other students.

Komp graduated from the air conditioning and refrigeration program at ATU-Ozark.

Bruce Sikes, chancellor of Arkansas Tech-Ozark Campus, presented the awards.
