Summer Culinary Institute at Tech

Fifty high school girls will learn more about the culinary profession during a summer culinary institute which is being hosted at Arkansas Tech.

The institute is taking place June 6-10, and it is sponsored by the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas.

The week-long institute will expose participants to all areas of the hospitality industry including entrepreneurship, nutrition, culinary, job readiness and other areas that are pertinent to college level course work.

As part of the institute, there will be a dinner series open to members of the River Valley community.
