More than 100 students, faculty, and friends of Tech participated in the Red Flag Walk for Awareness today.
The group of people walked from Doc Bryan and circled campus to raise awareness of dating violence on college campuses. Most walkers wore red shirts or the Red Flag Campaign t-shirts that have been handed out during the week.
Many students said they were happy to raise awareness of dating violence, because there are so many people they know that have fallen victim to it.
The Red Flag Campaign continues tomorrow with the showing of “Tough Guise” at Tucker Coliseum at 6 p.m., followed by a panel discussion.
