Arkansas Tech students are getting creative to help feed the hungry in the Arkansas River Valley.
Students in Free Enterprise and the Student Government Association are partnering to host a canned food sculpture competition at Arkansas Tech.
Each student organization participating is encouraged to build a sculpture using various canned food items. All sculptures must be placed in the Young Game Room by 5 p.m. this afternoon in order to be judged.
The top three finishers will each receive a monetary prize for use within their organization, and all food used during the competition will be donated to area nonprofit organizations.
