Registered student organizations will meet next week to prepare for the academic year. The meeting is scheduled to take place in the Doc Bryan Student Services Building Lecture Hall at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 21.
Aubrey Holt, coordinator of student life, says at least one representative from each organization should attend.
During the meeting, those in attendance will learn of services available for student organizations, homecoming information and funding opportunities.
Student groups represented will also receive paperwork that must be completed and returned to the Office of Student Services by 5 p.m. on October 3.
Any organization not submitting paperwork will not be recognized as a student organization until all paperwork is submitted.
