Student Organization Updates


Presidents of registered student organizations are encouraged to cross the T’s and dot the I’s to get ready for the Spring semester.

The end of the semester is approaching and Coordinator of Greek Life and Student Organizations Cindy Tesch is asking for two very important things.

If an organization is changing officers a representative needs to complete a new Officer Contact Information Form and Agency Account Form to reflect the changes. This is important to make sure your organization continues to receive information from Student Services. Click here for the forms.

Additionally, organizations can start to reserve rooms in Doc Bryan for the Spring semester at 8 a.m. this Wednesday. Room reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis so officials encourage groups that need specific accommodations to be early.
