Student organizations wishing to renew their registered status or register for homecoming have until 5 p.m. today to turn in the appropriate paperwork.
To maintain registration, student organizations must turn in an advisor agreement, compliance statement, agency account approval form, officer and advisor contact information sheet and the student organization registration form.
Additionally, organizations must submit a current copy of their constitution and a copy of membership requirements if they are not listed in the constitution.
The president and advisor will be notified of the status of the application by email within ten days of paperwork submission.
Homecoming paperwork and entry forms are also due today. Sign competition entry forms must be turned in with a $10 fee.
Homecoming nominees must submit an application and a candidate information sheet. Pictures for candidates will be at 4 p.m. tomorrow in the Baswell Techionery.
Organizations wishing to enter the float competition must submit entry forms today. All parade entries must be submitted for acceptance to Julie Morgan in Administration 212 no later than Monday, Oct. 17 by 5 p.m.
All paperwork for student organization registration and homecoming participation should be submitted in the Office of Student Services, Suite 233 in the Doc Bryan Building.
