Arkansas Tech University’s Sarita Stegall has earned her second consecutive Great American Conference volleyball setter of the week award.
A freshman from Fort Smith, Stegall collected her fourth such award in the last six weeks on Tuesday, Oct. 27. The weekly honor is doled out by the GAC office.
Stegall made 119 assists, 29 digs and seven service aces while helping the Golden Suns earn wins over Lyon College, Oklahoma Baptist University and Southern Nazarene University last week. She established new career highs in aces with four against Lyon and in digs with 17 against Oklahoma Baptist.
Arkansas Tech (19-5) will host Williams Baptist College (2 p.m.) and Bacone College (6 p.m.) in non-conference play at Tucker Coliseum in Russellville on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
