Arkansas Tech University’s Sarita Stegall is the Great American Conference volleyball setter of the week for the third time this season.
A freshman from Fort Smith, Stegall received the honor from the league office on Monday, Oct. 19.
Stegall averaged 13.86 assists per set last week while helping the Golden Suns (15-5 overall, 9-0 GAC) win conference matches over Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
Arkansas Tech has won nine consecutive matches and is in sole possession of first place in the GAC volleyball standings.
The Golden Suns will host Central Baptist College at 3 p.m. and Lyon College at 7 p.m. in non-conference play at Tucker Coliseum on Tuesday, Oct. 20. Admission will be free.
