The Arkansas Tech University Staff Senate will conduct a holiday food drive in support of the Green and Gold Cupboard Dec. 9-17.
Donation boxes will be located at the Administration Building, Brown Hall, Doc Bryan Student Services Center, the Facilities Management offices, Rothwell Hall and Tomlinson Hall.
Below are the items that would be most helpful in allowing the ATU Green and Gold Cupboard to serve its clients:
- Canned meat
- Soups
- Chef Boyardee
- Cereal (big boxes)
- Peanut butter
- Jelly
- Pasta sauce
- Beans (black and baked)
- Snacks
- Cooking basics
- Pasta
- Rice/noodle meals
- Laundry pods
- Canned fruit
Monetary donations in support of this drive may be dropped off in Administration Building room 209.
According to its web site, the Green and Gold Cupboard exists “to fight hunger right here at home by providing healthy, nutritious food to all members of the Tech community, including students, faculty and staff.”
