Spring Semester Begins January 13

The administration, faculty and staff of Arkansas Tech – Ozark look forward to welcoming students to campus on January 13. As always campus officials look for ways to assist our students at the beginning of each semester. This semester is no different as the Office of Fiscal Affairs has taken measures to streamline procedures that will assist students in a variety of measures:

Refunds

Refund checks for Ozark Campus students will be available on Friday, January 21. Students may begin picking them up from 2:00-4:00 on that day.

Ozark students who are taking all of their classes on the Russellville campus and would like to pick up their refunds checks on the main campus can do so by emailing their request to Stacie at sharden@atu.edu or Diane at cbell1@atu.edu. Their checks will be held in Russellville and can be picked up on the Ozark Campus refund schedule throughout the semester.
Students may enroll in direct deposit by accessing their account from the Student tab on OneTech and clicking on “Direct Deposit your Refund Check!”

Facts Tuition Management

Students may apply for Facts Tuition Management to make payments on their student account balance. They can do so by clicking the eCashier link on the student accounts website. The deadline for these agreements will be January 24, 2011.

Bookstore

Students may begin charging their books to authorized financial aid on January 12. The last day to charge books will be January 18 because refund checks will cut at this time.
