“When purchasing books, bring a printed copy of your class schedule,” Reano said. “The bookstore staff uses the schedule to ensure that you’ll have the correct books for your classes.”

Reano said full refunds are available through the fifth class day with your receipt and Tech ID. If students drop a class after that day, they can receive a partial to full refund (depending on the condition of the book) up to four weeks after classes begin. Students must have their drop slip and receipt during this time period, she said.
