The Arkansas Tech University Spirit Squads are returning to campus to make preparations for the upcoming year. The Tech Cheerleaders and the Tech Golden Girls will spend the upcoming days learning many of the cheers, chants and dances that will be performed at athletic events this fall. In addition to preparing, the groups will also give back to the local community by hosting a clinic at the Russellville Boys & Girls Club. Earlier this summer, the Tech Cheerleaders and the Tech Golden Girls attended National Cheer Association/National Dance Association camp at Missouri State University. The Arkansas Tech Spirit Squads perform at home football games, basketball games, pep rallies and other events throughout the year. Learn more about the spirit squads.
