Individuals interested in being a member of the Arkansas Tech Spirit Squads for the 2012-13 academic year have until 5 p.m. tomorrow to submit their application.
In addition to submitting an application, those wishing to audition should submit a video showcasing specific skills.
Once reviewed, select applicants will be invited to take part in final auditions. The final audition process includes an interview with Tech officials, and two clinics where the tryout materials will be reviewed. Final auditions are scheduled for Saturday, April 21.
Those invited to the final auditions for either squad will be required to pay a $25 clinic fee. To be eligible to audition, students must be considered full-time students with a cumulative 2.0 GPA. Entering freshmen must meet entrance requirements of the university.
