Layton Robinson’s complete-game pitching performance vaulted Arkansas Tech University past the University of the Ozarks 3-1 in non-conference baseball at Tech Field on Tuesday.
Robinson (1-0) struck out 10 Eagles and limited them to one unearned run on three hits over nine innings.
Harry Gard, Riley Hickerson and Cody Wescott drove in one run apiece for the Wonder Boys (15-10).
Arkansas Tech will return to action by visiting Oklahoma Baptist University for a three-game Great American Conference series in Shawnee, Okla., on Friday, March 23, and Saturday, March 24.
