The Residence Hall Association will present a King of Fools party in celebration of April Fools’ Day on Thursday. The festivities will take place from 3-7 p.m. Thursday on the lawn between Chambers Cafeteria and Nutt Hall.
Students attending the event will be able to take a break from classes by participating in several activities including an obstacle course, an inflatable wall and a velcro wall. In addition to the games, the Residence Hall Association will also serve cotton candy and snow cones to those in attendance.
There will be a costume contest beginning at 3:30 p.m. to determine the male and female student with the best costume depicting a fool.
Organizers say they hope to see lots of Tech students attend, and they hope to provide a fun, relaxing afternoon activity for students needing a break from studying.
