Three Professors to be Honored at Retirement Reception

Three faculty members from the College of Arts and Humanities will be honored during a retirement reception today at Arkansas Tech University.

The College of Arts and Humanities retirement reception is scheduled to take place from 4-5 p.m. in the Witherspoon Hall Lobby.

David Kreuger, associate professor of history and political science, will be recognized for 50 years of service to Arkansas Tech.  Krueger joined the Tech faculty in 1960.

Nita Herrick, associate professor of music, will also be honored.  Herrick has served at Arkansas Tech since 1976.

Ruth Harrison, associate professor of English, is retiring after teaching at Arkansas Tech 40 years.  She became a member of the faculty in 1970.

Arkansas Tech faculty and staff are invited to attend today’s reception.
