Arkansas Tech University will honor Beth Foster, director of the Arkansas Tech Purchasing Department, with a retirement reception today.
The reception is taking place today from 2-4 p.m. in the Young Building conference room.
Foster has served on the Arkansas Tech staff for forty years and will retire at the end of the month.
