Hannah Goetz, Brent Armstrong and Elliott Brown are studying consumer perceptions of service quality in the fast food industry under the faculty supervision of Dr. Kevin Mason, Dr. Stephen Jones and Dr. Mike Benefield.
As the research team concludes the collection of data and a literature review of consumer service quality expectations, they will test various hypotheses. A report will be generated this semester and presented in the spring at the Honors Research Symposium at Arkansas Tech in the spring.]]>
