U.S. Rep. Steve Womack visited Arkansas Tech University in Russellville on Tuesday, Feb. 16, to discuss current issues with a panel of students.
A native of Russellville, Womack graduated from Arkansas Tech with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979. He retired from the Arkansas Army National Guard at the rank of Colonel in 2009 following a 30-year military career. He has served in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2011.
Womack was inducted into the Arkansas Tech Hall of Distinction in 2014.
