Henderson State University defeated Arkansas Tech University 25-19, 27-25, 21-25, 25-21 in Great American Conference volleyball at Tucker Coliseum in Russellville on Tuesday night.
Hunter Eshnaur led the Golden Suns (8-7 overall, 3-1 GAC) with 16 kills and 14 digs. Amanda Milnick (22 assists, 13 digs) and Sarah Rosinke (18 assists, 11 digs) also posted double-doubles for Arkansas Tech.
Sharon Tukuaoga and Courtney Bolf made 16 kills apiece for Henderson State (7-9, 2-2), which defeated the Golden Suns in volleyball for the first time since 2007.
Arkansas Tech will travel to the University of Arkansas-Monticello for a 6 p.m. GAC match against the Cotton Blossoms on Thursday, Sept. 29.
