Othello, starring Darren Drone, Grace Quay and Ben Munise, is one of two new shows featured this spring. Based on Charles and Mary Lamb’s nineteenth century retelling of Shakespeare’s classic tragedy, it is about blind jealousy leading to murder.

The other new show is Children of the Zodiac, and will star Lance Caldwell, Jayne Sewell, and John Middleton. Based on a story by Jungle Books author Rudyard Kipling, it provides an imaginative explanation of the human condition.

Founded in 2007, the Arkansas Radio Theatre, operating under the auspices of the Arkansas Tech Department of Speech, Theatre & Journalism, is dedicated to audio performances of new plays and adaptations from classic literature.
