The Arkansas Radio Theatre has announced its Spring 2011 schedule of broadcasts on KXRJ 91.9 FM.
Each of the following broadcasts will air on a Saturday at 7 p.m.:
“Trifles” – March 5, A famous short play by Susan Glaspell, starring Jasmine Balch and Lydia Grate.
“The Pilgrim’s Progress” – March 12, The tale of a spiritual adventure by John Bunyan, starring Quinton Jones, Jayne Sewell, and Tim Jarmon.
“Ecclesiastes” (debut) – March 19, Read by David J. Eshelman.
“Ecclesiastes” – March 26
“Vim and Vigor” – April 2, A musical comedy written and performed by David J. Eshelman.
“Perps & Vics” (debut) – April 9, A crime drama spoof by David J. Eshelman, starring Duston Ramsey, Catherine Peca, and Alex Lake.

“The Monkey’s Paw” – April 30, The classic ghost story by W. W. Jacobs, starring Jayne Sewell, Kane Bradley, and Kathy Vaughn.
“Tomorrow’s a New Day” Episode 1 –May 7, A soap opera by Arkansas Tech graduate Aaron D. Wallis.
“Tomorrow’s a New Day” Episode 2 –May 14
“Tomorrow’s a New Day” Episode 3 –May 21

Founded in 2007, the Arkansas Radio Theatre, operating under the auspices of the Arkansas Tech Department of Speech, Theatre & Journalism, is dedicated to audio performances of new plays and adaptations from classic literature.
