Arkansas Tech Public Safety, CREW, and the Alcohol and Other Drug Committee are teaming up to educate students about “Driving While Distracted.”
Because texting while driving is becoming a national concern, these organizations are conducting a program about text messaging while driving on Monday, Oct. 11 from 4-7 p.m. in the Doc Bryan Courtyard.
“I can see that ‘Driving While Distracted’ is a top priority for national lawmakers everywhere as more information becomes available about teens and college students relying on text messaging as their main form of communication,” Pete Kelly said.
