The fall 2016 dinner series hosted by the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration will begin on Thursday, Sept. 22, at Williamson Hall Dining Room.
Reserved seating times are available from 6-7 p.m. Members of the Arkansas Tech campus community and residents of the surrounding area are invited to attend.
Cost for the Sept. 22 meal will be $15.95 per person (plus tax). Reservations may be made by calling (479) 968-0378.

Poached Apple Salad (Mixed greens with red wine-poached apples, sliced pecans, feta cheese and an apple cider balsamic vinaigrette)
Entrée
Grilled Chicken (Served with loaded mashed potatoes and garlic Parmesan zucchini)
Or
Applewood Smoked Tenderloin (Served with loaded mashed potatoes and garlic Parmesan zucchini)
Dessert
Maple Bacon Creme Brulee (Maple custard with caramelized candied maple bacon)
