Fajitas will be the featured entree during the Arkansas Tech University Department of Parks, Recreation and Hospitality Administration fall 2021 drive-thru dinner series event on Thursday, Oct. 7.
Diners will have a choice between steak fajitas or chicken fajitas. The menu also includes an option of bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers or chips and salsa for a starter. Dessert options are churro cheesecake or flan.
Meals may be reserved in advance by calling (479) 356-2198 or sending e-mail to email@example.com.
Meals will be available from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 7, at 404 N. El Paso Ave. in Russellville. Cost will be $15 per meal (tax included). Cash, check, debit card and credit card will be accepted forms of payment.
The dinners are staffed by ATU students in the advanced food preparation and guest services classes.
